Improving usability and experience in the process of onboarding an EV charging station.
E-Mobility
Elli develops solutions for private users and business customers at the many touch-points between e-mobility and the wider transition underway in society to renewable energy.

One of the solutions is a web application for charging site managers. There they can get an overview of their charging stations’ performance, as well as perform daily operations.

In this project, my task was to improve the user flow of onboarding a charging station, which proved to be too complex and difficult to maintain technically. This challenge served me as an opportunity to enhance the usability of the interface and contribute to the design system by defining rules for modal dialogs in the app.
